For those who have gone through the heartbreak and the frustrations of elderly relatives' last days, this book strikes home. Although most of us do not have parents as well known or as wealthy as Christopher Buckley's, it doesn't matter. Buckley writes of his parents' last days and deaths with affection, yet candidly--and with just the right touch of humor--tells of his frustrations as well, frustrations that many of us who have lost parents well know. Welcome to the brotherhood and sisterhood of adult orphans, Christopher! And thank you for letting us know that we are not alone!
