Complete book with detailed information about what he does for his own workout to what he eats. However if you want a workout, I would skip his exercises and just get his dvd.

If you want an ultrahealthy lifestyle and willing to devote the time to learn and implement the information, this is the book for you. It has exercises and routines for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Each area of the body has pictorial and written directions for exercises and routines. Cleansing, nutrition, supplements and advice for success in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are all included. There are recipes and diet included in the nutrition section. Some equipment is needed. Stretching, Kenpo and Yoga is also included.
