The New York Times bestselling author of the "enthralling thriller"

  • Vision Impossible is back with her newest Psychic Eye mystery, in which psychic Abigail Cooper must rely on her inner vision to search for a missing woman...When a mysterious client approaches Abby with a cryptic message about a young mother who has vanished, Abby is more than willing to get involved. After all, it's the perfect distraction from dealing with the headache of her sister Cat – who has flown into town and turned Abby and Dutch's impending nuptials into Weddingpalooza.

After Abby recruits her business partner and BFF, Candice, to assist, they meet with the parents of the missing woman. But the parents refuse to put their faith in a psychic. What's worse, due to a grave misunderstanding, the family suspects Abby has a connection to their daughter's husband – the man they believe to be responsible for her disappearance.

So while the family may be blind to the truth, with a potential killer in her sights, Abby is determined to keep her eyes wide open...

While I've been enjoying this series, I'm starting to not enjoy how Abby is pretty badly injured in each book. I don't think that is necessary. I do think that she should be able to use her psychic abilities (and probably some common sense) and avoid a lot of the situations where she ends up hurt. If this continues in the future, I am likely to stop reading this series.

Great book - tenth in the Psychic Eye series. Love the great working relationship between Abby and Candace. The only thing I don't care for is how Abby often storms out on Dutch after an argument or throws a pouting fit with Candace when she doesn't agree or get her way. I mean, all relationships have their fair share of quarrels, but she should show a little more maturity. Also like that the FBI/CIA cases have not remained the focal point of the story -- too much intensity.

I like the part where they say that she must rely on her inner vision, because they know she wouldn't decide to do that on her own.

Much better than Abby Cooper's previous outing that involved the FBI/CIA so much. I had almost given up on the series, but this Psychic Eye returned to Abby and Candice solving a crime...uninvited naturally.

I love Victoria Laurie, and really enjoyed this book. The only thing I wasn't necessarily happy about was that as of Sept 2012, it is a fairly new release, and she left a cliff hanger. Waiting for the next book is not going to be easy.
