An interesting story, but they let male Sherpa break the trail for them all the way to the summit. Then, after a tragedy left two of the team dead, none of the remaining female team members tried to reach the bodies: Blum ordered the male Sherpa to go to the victims. Readers are advised to read "Annapurna" by Herzog or "True Summit" by Roberts, both of which are in the OPL.

A great read for any women or mountaineer, or especailly a female mountaineer!
I am still thinking about this book two months after reading it!
