Add a CommentAlong with LOST, this is probably the best series that ever aired.
I watched this series too fast the first time and realized too late what I overlooked or forgot.
This is my second time around and I have picked up a few answers along the way. It is a very long story and much can be lost because of that.
Over all I might buy DVD copies for future watching.
I bought Caprica and am waiting for that concluding disc. It's pretty good also.
Can you imagine 10-20 years this might be done again?
My library at home is in need of another case soon.
I'm a big sic fi fan so I decided to see what all of the hype was about. There's much to like in this series, however, there's some problems. First, the casting, I love Edward James Olmos and Mary Mcdonnell, and there are a few others that are good but some of the main characters are played by actors who are plain 1 dimensional and uninteresting, almost annoying. Also, by the 3rd season, which I think is really the 4th because the had a season 2.5, (who knows why? I guess they were trying to be different) the storyline is almost too heavy to sustain and there seem to be gaps and questions that'll never be answered. Still, this was very popular and for those like me that are into sci fi, they will more than likely enjoy this at least parts of this show.
